About coaching and myself
Having had a committed film, commercial and TV career, I started dealing with self –recognition 13 years ago to have joy and understanding of myself. Since then I have learnt several traditional and alternative ways and methods to search and discover myself and the motivation, life and experience of others’.
I wish to combine my studies in psychology, astrology, kinezology and coaching to help those who turn to me for help because they need understanding and caring eyes, ears and presence to be able to recognize and solve a problem or if one seeks a way for transformation.
It is tough to find a coach. It is my own experience as well. We look for trust, safety, love, satisfaction, understanding and professional approach behind the seemingly tiny signs.
There are some thoughts about me I feel important to share before you make a decision:
I did not understand why difficulties I find easy to handle cause problems to others. The next phase was the dilemma why I cannot manage things that others are successful and good at.
Why coaching?
I can make good use of my professional experience I gained over the years as a coach. My other studies complement this knowledge. Among others coaching is my choice because it can have quick and efficient results, it is tangible and there are no prejudices.
I believe through our work I can reflect your own personality that is why I am trying to do my best to get to know myself as well.
When I talk to you, I believe in you and the process.
I chose the tree as the token of my coaching site because mankind has had a special emotional attachment to the forest. A mighty or strange looking tree could inspire one’s emotions and imagination, it was even praised and respected. Great trees make it clear: you can live your life differently.
What I provide you with is support, certainty, assurance.
I have had professional training at several private and corporate clients (British American Tobacco, ELMŰ).
My commitment, sense of responsibility to my work, consciousness, empathy, intuition and love inspire me to support you to the best of my knowledge.

A coaching session lasts 1 – 1 ½ hours at a freely chosen and arranged place and appointment and should be taken weekly or every second week. Experience shows that 8-10 times are needed to manage an issue, however, few sessions can lead to results as well.
